Account Creation and Information Security
Account Registration
Each user is permitted only one (1) active account at 3988. You are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at registration, including full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and other requested details. False or incomplete information may result in account suspension or closure without prior notice.
Password Security
You are fully responsible for safeguarding your password and account login details. 3988 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately for further security actions.
User Responsibilities and Usage Restrictions
As a 3988 platform user, you agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and not to violate any applicable laws in Malaysia. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or closure without refund:
- Using software, bots, scripts, or automated methods to access or use the platform without written permission from 3988.
- Registering multiple accounts to abuse promotions, bonuses, or rating systems.
- Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or any illegal financial activities through this platform.
- Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to another party.

Payments, Deposits and Transactions in MYR
All financial transactions on the 3988 platform—including deposits, withdrawals, and bonuses—are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted payment methods include local bank transfers via FPX and e-wallets. 3988 does not accept foreign currencies directly and is not liable for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or financial service provider.
Deposits made to accounts are final and cannot be canceled once confirmed by the system. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and wagering requirements if the deposit involves bonus credits. 3988 reserves the right to delay or deny withdrawals if there are signs of fraudulent activity or term violations.
All transaction records can be reviewed in your account's transaction history. If discrepancies occur, you must report them to customer support within seven (7) days from the transaction date.
Platform Liability Limits
3988 is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use our platform—including service interruptions, technical delays, data display errors, or network issues beyond our control.
The 3988 platform is provided "as is" without any guarantees that the services will always be available without interruptions. Scheduled or emergency maintenance may cause temporary disruptions that do not constitute a breach of terms.
Account Policy — Suspension and Closure
3988 reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts at any time for term violations, fraudulent activity, or at the platform’s sole discretion to protect system integrity. Users whose accounts are closed due to term violations are not entitled to refund any remaining funds.
Users wishing to voluntarily close their accounts can contact customer support. Eligible funds will be processed for withdrawal once all conditions are met and there are no outstanding investigations.
Intellectual Property, Third Party Links and Governing Law
Intellectual Property
All content on the 3988 platform—including logos, graphics, text, software, interfaces, and domain names—is the exclusive property of 3988 and protected under relevant intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any platform elements for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
The 3988 platform may contain links or references to third-party services such as payment providers. 3988 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third parties. Use of third-party services is at the user's own risk.
Governing Law and Term Changes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Malaysian law. Any disputes related to the 3988 platform shall be resolved through appropriate mechanisms under Malaysian legal jurisdiction. 3988 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time; changes take effect immediately upon posting on the platform.
